My Experience With CBD Hemp Oil for Anxiety
I personally use CBD oil every day to assist with my severe anxiety. It has been a complete and total game-changer for me. I’m not sure how I lived my life beforehand. As a recovering addict, I cannot be prescribed narcotic anxiolytics such as Xanax or Klonopin. Therefore, as CBD is non-psychoactive, I was able to find something that would drastically improve my quality of life. It takes about 20-30 minutes for it to kick in for me after swishing it around in my mouth for about 30 seconds then swallowing it. I’ve found it to be more effective on an empty stomach, however.
CBD Dosage for Anxiety
I personally use 10-25mg of CBD as needed for anxiety, depending on the severity of my symptoms at that given time. For mild to moderate anxiety I use 10mg, for severe anxiety I use 20mg, and for panic attacks I use 25mg, but as high as 30mg. To determine what dosage the CBD oil you’re buying is, take the milligram dosage on the bottle and divide it by the milliliter size of the bottle. For example, if you’re buying CBDPure 600mg, you’ll notice that the bottle is 2 fluid ounces, which is 60 fluid milliliters. The dropper is 1 mL. Therefore, one dropper-full is 10mg.
